Mazal Tov!

The Crown Heights Jewish Community Council (CHJCC) is one step closer to settling into its new home.

Today, a beautiful new awning was installed at the upcoming location, giving the community a first glimpse of what’s to come.

This milestone marks another exciting step in CHJCC’s transition to a space that will allow for greater accessibility and an even higher level of service to our community.

While services are already being provided at the new location, the CHJCC will officially open its doors on September 1st.
Community members are welcome to continue visiting and receiving assistance as usual. From day one, the new office will continue to provide its full range of vital services, including:

  • Food Assistance Programs

  • Medical Insurance guidance

  • HEAP Information

  • Housing assistance

  • Bikur Cholim support

  • Family Preservation services

  • Weatherization programs

  • Community Relations

  • Shalom Senior Center

  • Crime Victims Programs

  • Security initiatives

We look forward to welcoming community members to the new location very soon!
